NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.  OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND D.C., AND AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND PRIZE AWARDING ARE RESIDING IN THE U.S., ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE UNITY BY HARD ROCK MEMBERS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1.              SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  THE HARD ROCK X “EPIC ORLANDO GETAWAY” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at approximately 12:00:00 p.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 12, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 12, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).    

2.              HOW TO ENTER:  Go to HardRock.com/EpicGetaway and look for the Hard Rock x “Epic Orlando Getaway” entry form. You will then be required to sign into your Unity by Hard Rock account. If you are not a current Unity by Hard Rock program member, you may sign up by going to Unity.HardRock.com. It is free to sign up for an account. Once signed in, you will be required to provide your name, address, email address, phone number and date of birth to complete an entry (an “entry”). Limit one (1) entry per person/email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Use of any automated and/or repetitive system (including but not limited to script, macro or bot) or sweepstakes service to enter will result in disqualification of the entrant and all of his/her/their entries.  If more than one entry is received from the same person, all but the first entry will be disqualified.  The time clock of the Sweepstakes administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.  All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/12/25 to be included in the drawing.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Unity by Hard Rock account used to submit the entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes their email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period.  Entries become the property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged.  Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro or bot) will be disqualified. Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

NOTE ABOUT MOBILE DATA CHARGES: When you participate in the Sweepstakes via a mobile device, standard data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions. A mobile device is not required to enter.

3.              ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States at the time of entry and prize awarding, are residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, are 21 years of age or older and are Unity by Hard Rock members. The following individuals are ineligible: employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. (“Sponsor”), any Hard Rock Hotel, Hard Rock Café, Hard Rock Casino or Hard Rock Digital, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, prize provider(s), Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step” of each) and those living in the same households as such employees.

4.              PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period, consisting of: Airfare for four (4) from airport closest to Winner’s residence to Orlando, FL*; four (4) nights hotel accommodations at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando in Orlando, FL (one room, double-occupancy); transportation to and from airport and hotel; one meal for four (4) at Hard Rock Café Orlando, including souvenir glassware; four (4) T-Shirts; four (4) Universal Orlando 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $8,305.04.  

Prize / Trip must by completed by September 12, 2026, or Prize will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner.  ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.  Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.     

* For a Winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion.

In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed.  In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination.  Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider of the theme park ticket prize element only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner.  Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any portion of the prize elements provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

The Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. 

Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, accommodations, transportation companies or park venues) beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of cancellations or delays.

An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Any difference between the stated value of any prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded.   Winner and guest must abide by and respect all local laws and customs and abide by all hotel policies.  Sponsor and/or hotel operator reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner and/or any guest who it and/or hotel personnel may deem, in their sole discretion, to have violated any hotel policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor and/or hotel operator into disrepute.

5.              DRAWING:  Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  The drawing will occur on or about 9/15/25, and will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final and binding.  Under no circumstances will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number advertised within these Official Rules. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

6.              WINNER NOTIFICATION:  The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address and phone number provided upon entry, within approximately two (2) days of the drawing (the “Winner Notification”).  The potential prize Winner will be required to respond as directed in the Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours to Sponsor or its representative sending the Winner Notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, determined by a random drawing.  Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in the entrant’s telephone number or email address, which may result in a potential Winner not receiving the Winner Notification.  Once the potential Winner winners respond as directed in the Winner Notification, they will be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and Affidavit of Eligibility and a W9 (together the “Prize Clam Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents.  In the event (i) a potential winner fails to respond to the  Winner Notification as directed within twenty-four (24) hours; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) a Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, determined by a random drawing. Prizes will only be awarded to an entrant currently residing in the U.S.

7.              LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service;  or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes or from the Website.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.  In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prize (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. 

8.              RELEASES:  By participating in the Sweepstakes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Sponsor and Promotion Parties, prize suppliers, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigned (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants to Sponsor the voluntary and free of charge right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known, the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture, videos or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9.         DISCLAIMERS: THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, APPEARANCE, SAFETY, PERFORMANCE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.  The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. 

10.       GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:  Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize or any portion of the prize becomes unavailable.  No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any difference between the stated value of the prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded.  Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.  Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

11.       CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant expressly and irrevocably agrees that all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, regardless of the current or future domiciles of the parties, or any other reason.  All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

12.       PRIVACY: By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ collection, use and processing of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes, or in any other manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.hardrockhotels.com/privacy.aspx You further consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States, which may have less protections than your jurisdiction of residence.

13.       CONDUCT:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
